help mary kay people...?

i went to a spa party and bought that herbal stuff for my hands [show of hands] ok i get it and it looks used. it looks like it should of had a foil over the top as its on the rim. and it is level at the a in the word herbal . well i thought it would be easy to switch out but its not . i was just wondering cause this stuff is so high priced . but i have a feeling i got used stuff thanks i know from the pic its not up to the top but alot higher than i got do you think the gal sold me what we used at the party? i thought she did and didn't realize it
i just want to know what a new container of show of hands looks like this is all

I used to sell mary kay, and if you want a refund, your consultant is
supposed to give it to you without difficulty. If she is refusing to
give you a return, she is not doing her job, and you can call the
company (there should be a number on your reciept) and they will
take care of it if she refuses. Try telling her that you want to call
the company about it, she will probably just give in because she
knows that she is supposed to. The return policy is actually very
easy. The company will send her a replacement product with
almost no questions asked, and she can give you a refund.
